Approaching University Hall on the Evanston campus of Northwestern University. I was thinking that my next attempt at this would be to frame the building in the trees we see cris-crossing. I’ll have to have my widest lens though, eh?

Situation or Feeling

This is one of my two or three favorite spots on the campus of Northwestern University. It’s over by the lagoon on the east side of campus. There’s a paved foot trail which winds around the length of the lagoon, but this is off the path, nestled behind some very tall bushes and the low hanging boughs of this willow. After a long day it’s nice to stop here and just recharge for a while before hopping on the train home.

Mind in Design

This is the first offering in a series of photos I took at the Bristol Ren Faire a couple of weeks ago. I’ll be posting these at a rate of about one every other day, sometimes maybe on successive days, we’ll see. In keeping with my decision to make September black and white month … well, you get the picture. Hee.
