Greetings—
Truly a nice Thanksgiving this year, despite it being a cold and dreary day. We started with a breakfast of scrambled eggs with cheese and bacon, bangers and tropical fruit. Coffee was kicked up a tad with a little Bailey’s Irish Cream. Dinner consisted of grilled marinated pork chops, bacon wrapped scallops on a bed of baby greens in garlic and smothered in a Champagne butter sauce and home made macaroni and cheese. We finished off with Pots de Creme for dessert.
